You must have a Foxwoods WAMPUM CARD before you can enter any tournament (due to the computerization of their tournaments). You can pick one up (they are free) at any of the Wampum Club booths scattered about Foxwoods. You must be 21 or older and provide valid ID. (Previously issued Wampum Cards are still valid.)

community, that are 21 years of age or older. The organizers
reserve the right to deny participation in any or all FARGO
events to anyone, at their discretion. Registrations must be
performed online.
A registration is also to be considered an exclusive
agreement between the registrant and FARGO, and may not be
assigned to another party without the prior agreement of the
FARGO Organizer. These steps have been deemed necessary to
preserve FARGO as an RGP private event
